Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Personalized or customized items.
• Orders where the customer entered incorrect personalization details.
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund at no additional cost.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled because each item is made specifically for you.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to complete the refund process after it has been issued.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with our production and shipping partners to investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, we may be unable to replace or refund the order.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address.
